Mass Communication
Humans started to speak around 60,000 years back, while they learnt to write close to 5,000 years ago. It created a base for publishing industry and humans learnt to publish their work close to 600 years ago from today. Only print media was in place unless radio, TV and internet didn’t come into existence. Today you can find a lot of mass communication institutes offering world class education to students. According to industry experts, the coming ten years will show more growth in mass communication, than the previous fifty years. The main reason behind it is the enhanced scope of internet and information technology.

The youth today are breaking themselves away from the path of traditional careers in search of challenging and better rewarding professions. A Course in mass communication is a unique path that leads the students towards gaining name & fame through a challenging career, besides enabling the individual in reaping rich financial rewards in the long run.  The relevance of the course to the current Media Industry could be practically seen in the increasing number of careers in the Print and Electronic Media today. Media Center
Media Center IMAC is a collaborative effort between YWCA of Delhi and IMAC aimed at imparting quality education in the field of Mass Communication & Electronic Media. The students learn theoretical concepts as well as practical implementations through live projects.  This training method shape them into complete Media Professionals within a stipulated time frame. The Center is equipped with state of the art setup including fully functional News Room, Studio, Audio Lab, and an Edit Studio. The environment exposes the students to real time challenges and teaches how to efficiently manage stress, meet deadlines and live up to industry demands.
